Soul Tala Farms applies a structured quality control process to help ensure that agarwood offered to buyers is evaluated consistently, handled responsibly, and matched to the appropriate commercial quality level.
Each batch is reviewed for key characteristics such as resin saturation, aroma profile, density, wood structure, appearance, origin, and overall product condition. Because agarwood grading systems vary across countries, markets, and individual sellers, Soul Tala Farms does not rely solely on traditional letter grades such as A, B, or C.
Instead, the product is evaluated against defined internal quality criteria and assigned to one of four commercial quality levels: Superior, Reserve, Heritage, or Imperial. Higher classifications reflect stronger overall quality characteristics and corresponding market value.
Quality control continues through sorting, weighing, documentation, storage, packaging, and buyer allocation. Batch records are maintained to support traceability and help preserve product identity from source through final sale.
For larger or long-term buyer relationships, samples and product specifications can be reviewed before final allocation so that quality expectations are aligned between Soul Tala Farms and the buyer.
Our objective is simple: consistent evaluation, transparent quality expectations, and a product that matches what the buyer agreed to purchase.
